A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Call Center
Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive and
engaging manner
Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of clients
Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics
Required Qualifications
1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience,
preferably in telephone fundraising
Dedicated wired internet connection
A quiet home workspace free from interruptions
Basic computer skills and familiarity
Commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit causes is
advantageous
