Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities
Model new assets in loan performance models and customize templates
based on negotiated loan terms
Review and summarize deliverables under loan documents and maintain
an Asset Management-focused database
Prepare monthly asset-level reports and assist in the preparation
of quarterly collateral valuations and ad-hoc reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields, or
equivalent experience
2-4 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in CRE debt
asset management
Experience with VBA and Access; Argus experience is a plus
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel for cash
flow analyses
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
