A company is looking for a Principal Customer Experience Analyst
to enhance customer support experiences and drive improvements in
self-service tools.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and prioritize enhancements across customer-facing support
platforms
Update and improve content for support websites and chat
experiences
Analyze data to identify trends and ensure alignment with business
objectives
Required Qualifications
Strong business and technical knowledge of support platforms, with
Zendesk experience preferred
Understanding of customer personas specific to the Intralinks
business
Ability to connect customer needs with support tools to enhance
competitive differentiation
Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities
effectively
Willingness to explore innovative approaches and modern
technologies
