Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Payment Posting Associate to join
their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with onshore billing teams and offshore vendors to
support payment posting and credit management processes
Drive continuous process improvement in payment and credit
operations
Utilize data and modeling to track performance and inform business
decisions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in billing, collections, or a related role
in a healthcare organization
Experience in building processes and using tools for optimization
(e.g., Salesforce, payer portals)
Proven ability to apply structure and prioritization to solve
complex problems
Experience with data visualization and performance tracking
