Job Description:
A company is looking for an Omnichannel Specialist responsible
for maintaining a high-performance calling environment for Customer
Service, Collections, and Loss Mitigation departments.
Key Responsibilities
Apply outbound customer contact strategies to ensure effective
servicing performance
Manage outbound contact channel strategies and provide
recommendations for optimization
Publish productivity and performance reports for call, SMS, and
email activities
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience with dialers (Alvaria, Avaya, Five9,
Genesys, or similar)
High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Advanced technical skills with troubleshooting capabilities
Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
