Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to
lead their Talent Acquisition team globally.
Key Responsibilities
Own the entire end-to-end recruitment process and manage a team of
five
Build improved recruitment processes and policies while providing
insights to stakeholders
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives and create an employer
value proposition strategy
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including
leadership in a tech company
Experience managing a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team during
rapid growth
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market
insights
Proficient in using an ATS for efficient processes and reporting;
Greenhouse knowledge is an advantage
Based in Austin, Texas, with the ability to accommodate different
time zones
