QA Specialist Institutional Onboarding

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Specialist, QA Institutional Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Perform weekly audits on complex Institutional Onboarding KYC & Ongoing KYC cases
Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with various support teams to enhance processes and workflows

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in QA, Audit, or as a Financial Crime Investigator
Working knowledge of BSA/AML laws and regulations
ACAMS or equivalent AML qualification
Experience in developing and producing metrics and reporting
Intermediate level in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets
