Agile Project Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Agile Project Specialist to support and coordinate agile project management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead agile project activities including MVP planning, backlog prioritization, and sprint tracking
Configure and optimize Jira and Confluence for effective project management
Plan and facilitate retrospectives to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and project management methodologies
3+ years of experience in agile project management or as an agile specialist in a technology environment
Proficiency in using Jira for backlog management and Confluence for requirements management
Ability to obtain NACI clearance
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
