Job Description:
A company is looking for an Information Risk and Cybersecurity
(IRC) Recruiter (Senior Technical Recruiter).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process for contract and full-time
roles
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to align
strategies
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in recruitment systems
Required Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced
environments like FinTech
Solid understanding of technology, particularly in
cybersecurity
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Workday as an ATS is a plus
