Glenwild is committed to providing warm, refined service across all of our dining and social outlets.We are seeking a PM Dining Room Supervisor to support our evening dining operations in the Main Clubhouse. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a service-driven professional who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. The supervisor will work closely with the front-of-house team, help oversee dinner service, and be prepared to step in and take tables when needed. Evening shifts will also include executing proper closing procedures and ensuring all service standards are consistently upheld.Key Responsibilities

Supervise evening service in the main dining room and bar areaSupport the front-of-house team with training, side work, and nightly executionUphold Glenwild's elevated service standards and ensure team alignmentLead pre-shift meetings and communicate special events, menu changes, or service notesTake tables and provide direct service when needed to support team flowEnsure closing procedures are completed properly, including financial and cleanliness checksCommunicate with kitchen, management, and members to ensure a seamless experienceHelp onboard and mentor new staffQualifications
2+ years of front-of-house experience, preferably in fine dining or private clubsPrevious supervisory or lead server experience a plusStrong knowledge of service standards, wine, and foodAbility to lead a team through example and positive communicationDetail-oriented, dependable, and guest-focusedAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededServSafe and/or food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)Why Glenwild?
