We are excited to announce a part time home health Occupational Therapist position based out of our brand new Willow Springs facility. Our OT enjoy a generous hourly pay rate and an additional $60-$70 per home health visit payment plus a $10 driving bonus.Willow Springs in Tooele is a leader in skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services. We provide exceptional care for our patients and encourage family involvement during the rehabilitation process.Our home health OT will need a current drivers license, reliable vehicle, and valid auto insurance policy.We're excited to offer our therapists an opportunity to deliver patient centered care. We empower therapists to decide what their patients need, and allow enough time in their day to deliver. There are no 15 minute encounters, we do not schedule at 125% production, and we encourage our therapists to spend the time to ensure each patient receives the care they require.Rocky Mountain Care is the only rehabilitation and skilled nursing community in Tooele, which means patients can remain close to their community during recovery.Our Occupational Therapist will be responsible for the following:* Assessing the patients physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan* Assessing the home and work environments of the patient* Helping patients to take part in everyday activities based on their unique circumstances* Assisting patients exercise for pain relief* Reviewing the patients progress and adapting the treatment accordingly* Performing administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports, and chartingRocky Mountain Care at Willow Springs will patients quality care with our hometown charm.
