Job Description:OBGYN Physician (Obstetrics/Gynecology) Salt Lake Clinic OB/GYN is an established practice of five OB/GYN physicians, excited to hire a sixth to support growing patient care needs in our community.

• The OB/GYN will provide care in our Salt Lake and West Valley City Clinics.
• All deliveries and surgeries will be completed at LDS Hospital in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. LDS Hospital is home to an OB Hospitalist program, level II NICU, state of the art OR with Da Vinci Surgical System, MFM, Gyn/Onc, and UroGyn specialists on campus available for consult and referrals.
• Weekly schedule typically includes 3 days in clinic, 1 day in OR
• Shared call of 1:6
• Well balanced Ob:Gyn ratio anticipated, with opportunity to complete 10-15 deliveries monthly.
• Anesthesiology available 24/7
• Neonatologist and MFM available 24/7 for virtual consult, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner onsite 24/7
• Employment with the Intermountain Medical Group
  Qualifications:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
  • Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license, or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
  • U.S. ACGME Residency
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification
