Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality customer
service
Collaborate with teams to implement service lines and manage
workflow
Develop strategic project plans and maintain compliance with
corporate policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Minimum five years of management experience in a healthcare or
insurance call center
Availability to work Monday through Friday, with rotating weekend
and holiday coverage
Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
