Build and lead a high-performing team of AI Platform Engineers,
focusing on hiring, coaching, and career development
Contribute to AI Platform development through hands-on coding and
technical implementation, addressing pod priorities and
challenges
Collaborate with leadership to define technical standards, drive
platform adoption, and maintain engineering best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree - Required
1+ year(s) of experience in a leadership role - Required
7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI
Platform Engineering - Preferred
Current hands-on coding abilities with recent experience in ML/AI
systems - Required
Strong technical background in Platform Engineering with
demonstrated coding expertise - Required
