Key Responsibilities
Manage and coach sales renewal teams to achieve performance
goals
Monitor team outreach and manage reporting systems in
Salesforce
Facilitate contract renewals and maintain relationships with key
clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
3+ years of sales representative experience, preferably in
financial services
4+ years of people management and coaching experience
Experience in performance management and driving metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM tools
