Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Process Manager (Grants
Officer) to support faculty in obtaining grant funding for research
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and oversight for the administration of federal and
non-federal sponsored research projects
Guide faculty and staff in pre-award and non-financial post-award
administration of grants/contracts
Review and approve proposals and accept federal awards on behalf of
the institution
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or
equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of governmental regulations such as OMB Uniform Guidance
and Cost Accounting Standards
Ability to understand and interpret university and sponsor
policies
Demonstrated ability to work well with colleagues and external
organizations
Must obtain School of Medicine Process Manager Certification Level
1
