Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Quality Engineer to manage
testing processes and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts, ensuring
adherence to test strategies
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end-users to
create and modify test scripts for new functionalities
Lead and mentor Quality Engineers and manage external contract
testers
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering
Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium
and QTP
Proficiency in programming languages like Java or JavaScript
Experience with API testing tools and automation
Strong understanding of Agile and traditional SDLC
methodologies
