Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate in Membership Services
Financial Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process account transactions including closures, transfers,
withdrawals, and stop payments accurately and timely
Respond to requests in team inbox, Salesforce, and SharePoint while
assisting in team growth projects and process improvements
Regularly review and update procedures, report issues, and advocate
for customers by providing feedback
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; continuing education in
Business or Finance desired
1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis in a financial
or healthcare setting preferred
Experience with fund transfers and distributions desired
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and 10-key
Knowledge of tax reporting is desired
